I must say that at the inspiration created by the last tutorial, of the great Illustrator trainer, book writer and speaker Monika Gause - I have made the Text in Adobe Illustrator and the rest of the Effects (paint strokes with a pseudo-3D effects) made in Adobe Photoshop.
